We are passionate about food and where it comes from - we are a farm-to-plate company that customizes our menus for you and your guests. We source locally first. We believe that healthy cuisine can be joyful, creative - and, of course, beautiful and delicious! We are located in Aspen and the Roaring Fork Valley {Aspen, Basalt, Carbondale & Glenwood Springs}, but travel to all area’s of our beautiful country to help make celebrations around the table come to fruition.
